Electronic Repository Administrator Database AdministratorAna has been in the Rockford area since childhood and has been with Bates Group since 2015. She graduated with her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Rock Valley College in 2019, and is pursuing her Bachelors Degree from Rockford University. She and her husband Victor have settled in Belvidere and have two sons with another on the way. As the electronic repository administrator and database administrator, Ana is responsible for capturing all documents electronically and managing the system in which they are stored as well as maintaining one of our client software systems. These processes help streamline and consolidate all paperwork to make it readily accessible and retrievable as well as consolidate client portfolio information in one centralized location.
