Jennifer is George's only daughter. Many of you have heard him speak of her when “bragging” about his grandchildren, but you may not have known that she has been working at Bates Group since August of 2010. She started very part-time at the beginning and has now been working full time since the fall of 2013. She has taken on many different roles at Bates, but she is now dedicated to being the Controller and maintaining all administrative functions with relation to the behind-the-scenes functionality of all the Bates companies...in addition to being a personal assistant to George (and his horse business).
Jennifer has her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and is the proud wife to Anthony since 2002, mother to three beautiful children – Jenica, Kaeda, and Judah (who you may have seen around the office from time to time), step-mom to four - Chris, Jessica, Dylan, and Zavius, and "Nani"/Grandma to six - Julia, Jaxon, Mason, Avery, Madison, and Zoava. She enjoys spending time with her family including attending all her children's sporting events, reading her Bible, watching movies, biking, working out, and always staying busy...just like good ole’ Dad.
